General Terms and Conditions

Memberships & cancellations: You can always find our latest membership packages, their pricing and details on what they include on our website: http://budapest.impacthub.net/ Membership are automatically renewed on the 1st of each month. If you would like to upgrade/downgrade/cancel your package, pleased do so by the 20th of the previous month.

Bookings & cancellations: You can book our event and meeting rooms on our website: http://budapest.impacthub.net/ or by contacting us directly. In each case, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation; only this guarantees that your booking was made. Event room (coworking hall and workshop room) bookings can be cancelled up until 15 days in advance of the booking date. If cancelled within 15 days, we are invoicing you 25% of the booking price, if cancelled within 8 days, we are invoicing the full amount. Meeting room (large meeting room and focus room) bookings can be cancelled up until 7 days in advance of the booking date. If cancelled within 7 days, we are invoicing you 25% of the booking price.
